Restore "Bandwith Meter"(?)

I've been looking for hours and I can't find anything useful anywhere.

I was using Shareaza last night, and I accidentally clicked on the bandwith meter box (I can't find the name for this "box" but it's the one with the slider) and I somehow managed to hit the "X" in the corner and it closed.

Now I can't find any way to get it back. I tried looking through the help, I looked up all the keyboard shortcuts, and I'm still coming up empty. Does anyone know how to restore this box?

Hi snooth,

Click on "View" (a pull-down menu) and within this menu on "Power Mode". Then click on "Window" (a new pull-down menu that will appear in Power Mode) and then choose "Show Monitor" (or "Show Remote", I don't remember exactly).

THANK YOU SO MUCH! It worked perfectly. I can't understand why the "Show Monitor" isn't anywhere in the "Basic Mode", but I just switched it back after I was done.
