try disabling you norton firewall entirely just for a moment and run the connection test (from the help menu) again. It may not be your firewall that is giving you the trouble. If it still doesn't work with the firewall disabled then you may need to enable UPNP on your router (and in shareaza) or set up port forwarding for the port shareaza is using.
