Well, the first 2 error code lines are most likely the same bug. Have you tried a cleanup and a complete rebuild?

(As for the Inno setup failure, IDK, as I don't manage to build it myself...)

I managed to compile the last version (2.5.3.0), using an older version of "Inno Pack" though. 2.5.4.0 is still not working, but never mind. This will do for now.
