sharing torrents after SD files lost

I downloaded some torrents, and was continuing to seed them. At one point, I lost the "Incomplete" folder, and the torrent download files were no longer available for sharing. Is there any way I can recreate the SD file, or whatever else is needed to share them with other users of the original torrent server?

Just reopen the .torrent file as if you wanted to redownload it. Normally, Shareaza should ask you whether you want to download or seed it on the second occasion.
