Also, what you mean with "peer blocker?" PeerBlock? Something else?

How about to try "Peerblock"? or if you already use it to "enable HTTP"? (rightclick on blue box). If what you have is not Peerblock just clean it and try Peerblock.

You can use the Anti-Spam filter instead of Peer Block. It is much more effective.
