I take it that spammers means all those that share absolutely useless files in order to clog the system, like most spammers they don't need a reason, some people just love to watch the world burn and I loathe such individuals with a passion.

Spammers means professionals working for the copyright owners. Hired to do this. They've customized their Frostwires so they can intercept searches and create customized replies.
For people who claim to represent the right standards, they sure create a lot of stupid pornography too.
