I found this today. I'm using Sharelin, so I entered a SHA1 in manually to check a file and get a page saying 'Please retry in 120 seconds'.

Don't know whether this is temporary or not, or whether it has been going on for a while.

yes, it seems the bitzi site is experiencing technical difficulties. Unfortunately, bitzi is not run by us so we really can't resolve this for you
