Help needed all networks except edonkey disconnected

Postby igotastaff » 22 Apr 2012 10:37

:( Hi please forgive me if this is a common problem, i have tried searching the forum for answers. I pass the shareaza connection test, but all my networks except edonkey are disconnected and nothing I do gets them to connect. I have tried restarting, reinstall etc but with no luck. Can anyone help. Thanks

So you have a green result on both lines, UDP and TCP?

In that case you might want to try one of our current debug builds and see whether this helps. Note that you should select to reset discovery and host cache during the installation process.

You can always manually query some caches ;)

I very interested to hearing a response to resolve this issue also. I am having the same issue. I cannot recall having this issue on my old service provider (RCN) but do know I have this problem on my current one (Comcast). Not sure if it has anything to do with service provider. Another thing is that I was originally hard lined, but now I am using a wireless card with average connection status. I wonder it could do something with connection status.

Just two details worth mentioning.
