not connecting to Gnutella1

I automatically connect to Edonkey, I have to manually connect to Gnutella2, not a problem but wish it would automatically do it. Gnutella1 gives no options in Host Cache after pressing G1cache tab. Am I configured wrong? How do I change this?

Shareaza Settings, Advanced > Discovery.EnableG1GWC

should also help you connect to G2 automatically

This does not work for me, I pass all connection tests, Discovery.EnableG1GWC is true/enabled and G2 connects along with eDonkey but G1 & DC++ do not connect. I have "connected" everything in the Host Cache (only says eDonkey though) I also Query all the links in the discovery services... why won't they connect?!
