My real questions is:

Are the registry settings the same for trunk ?
There are some problems with registering running Setup using /o3

The registry keys are the same, however I think 64bit and 32bit applications don't share the same registry database, so you might not be able to see the keys depending on whether you check the 64 bit database or the 32 bit one. But I am not 100% sure about that, so googling might be a good idea.

As for the debug builds, they are always 32 bit only to ease debugging.
