Where are hash tag files kept?

I have a rather huge music collection. The problem that I have is every time that I reinstall my Operating System and Shareaza I have to rehash my music collection that can take up to 7 days. The music collection itself is on a separate plug-in offline hard drive. I would like to be able to backup the hash tag files right before I reinstall the Operation System and then reinstall them after reinstalling Shareaza and before I make my music files available for sharing. Is this possible?
