Preview Thumbnail

Hello, I've been looking for a answer to the Preview thumbnail for awhile, and I'm pretty sure I'm finding infomation just based off the file being half downloaded, and checking it. I would like to know when in the search bar and you see pics and movies, why some have a preview of the file on the lover left like a thumbnail with no need to download the file, and others dont show any previews.

It depends on the source of the file. If the source is volunteering the preview on request, you get it, if the source has not generated a preview of the file or its settings have preview images sharing disabled, you won't get a preview. There's no way of finding out besides trying.

Yeah thanks for replying. But I've come across alot of videos in the search list that say "Previewing"..... and then look like they are loading, but then down show up an imagine, why is this?

It always shows "Previewing", only for some videos you get a reply so fast that you actually miss the text being displayed. This depends on the amount of time the sources require for answering your preview request. Sometimes, the request even gets lost and Shareaza has to rerequest the preview after a timeout interval.
