Newbie with couple of problems

First Thanks for any help I can Get.
I am using Win 7, Shareaza 2.6.0.0 and Norton Security Suite ver 20.4.0.40.
I have a lot of stalled downloads that will not finish and they show 10+ sources.
When a file does complete shareaza freezes for 10 seconds or so.
Lastly where do I find torrents without paying or spam sites?

Have you checked whether you have optimal network connectivity? (Help >> Connection test) (In case the test shows one of two results in red, plz consult our wiki; this should solve your problems with downloads that don't finish)
