[Shareaza] Dutch updated translation.

I've updated the Dutch translation of the program with a broken delete-button and a not-so-well responding C and L button.

I've set the version to 2.4.0.2 same as the English version.
I've got some errors with SkinTranslate:

hehe, i was bored today, so i updated and fixed the translation, and when i updated the version number I realized that 2.5.3.0 is out today.
Bad luck, but from the other side, the changes will shine in version 2.5.4.0

I've updated the translation. But i have some confusions:
Does the word 'to' (used at the advanced download properties dialog) mean from (byte position) to with (last byte position)
or from (byte position) to till (last byte position)?

Thank you for work! But... you removed "_" underscores from menu item names, underscores are used for hot-key definitions (application accessibility). I think you must preserve underscores in your translation.

I have removed the hot-keys because there were a mess. On almost every submenu there were duplicates and in the toplevel there are no hot-keys.
But that was the wrong decision, I will put them back and make them unique.

BTW You missed latest changes in translations so in the future I suggest to re-download source .pot/.po-files before translation always.

Sorry, I have done that for my first update, but not for the next versions. So i missed your updates on 27-1-2014. But i see that you could turn it right in the trunk.

On the wiki-page Translate.Shareaza there is the line:
"A list of started translations and their state is located here."
I think it must be something like this:
"On the same place you can find and download your language-file default-<language-code>.po. If your file is missing, then there is no existing translation and you will have to start your translation with default-en.pot.

On the wiki-page tipandtricks there is a new link to download PDF from the RUSSIAN site?
